We treat all families, children, staff, contractors, and vendors with respect. To us, this means that all deserved to be heard and treated with kindness. This starts from the initial contact with us, all the way through to the completion of each event. We expect the same respect in return from others.

Quality

When we push ourselves to grow and communicate well, we strive to never sacrifice quality. We would rather do a little well than do a lot poorly. When there is a risk of compromising quality, we ask for help. We would rather charge more for what we do in order to deliver excellence, than to simply be a lower priced provider.

Social Responsibility

We care for individuals, families, and communities by using our events not just to entertain, but to also, educate and encourage deeper human connections. To support his aim, we also donate our time and money to the causes that mean the most to us. We care for our environment by consistent recycling and using environmentally safe products in our event services.

Professionalism

To us, professionalism shows up in multiple ways in how we work with each other and with our clients. It means responding in a timely manner. It means showing up early to start our work and our events on time. Professionalism means looking our best and doing our best even when we are tired. It means keeping our cool even when others don’t. 

 

 

Growth

Any person or collective of people that are not moving towards growth are already dying. Because of this, we consistently challenge ourselves to be creative, adaptable, and ever hungry to improve in what we do. We believe this push towards personal and collective growth will also result in growing the quantity of events that we serve.

Communication

We do our best to set realistic expectations. This happens when listen to each other and then share information clearly and completely. We do this in how we represent ourselves online, on the phone, and in person.

You can trust what we say. We will deliver on what we promise. When we make a mistake (and it happens) we will own it and do our best to make it right.

Work Environment

We strive to be a great place to work. That starts with paying at the higher end of the scale for similar work elsewhere. Additionally, we provide a flexible work schedule, staff input, paid training, and mentoring for advancement.
